Our birth is a Miracle
Many years back some of us had dreamt of creating a Business School that would focus on developing leaders that Mother Earth deserved.We were part of a global community that was increasingly paying more attention to creating share holder value and not paying enough attention to well being of all.

As a result our best Business Schools were attracting people with high IQ , who were being imparted the functional skills and knowledge that emphasized Market Capitalization and Return on Financial Capital deployed.

It was the assumption of all these prestigious schools that values are shaped at an early age and so ethics and character building was not their focus.

My Soul Direction: SOIL Focus
For the last twenty years, many of us had worked with organizations all over the world and had realized that leaders of consequence were:

·those who had multiple intelligences

·cared for people , especially those who were less fortunate and impoverished

·had a sense of ‘purpose’ & ‘calling’ that guided them to serve the well being of all

·paid great attention to the ‘means’ of getting results so that the needs of today could be balanced with the requirements of tomorrow

·were fair, open, transparent and high personal integrity

·valued the uniqueness of each person and had the ability to leverage this for the growth of the person and the organization

·were always mindful of their own actions and behavior and the impact it had

These insights led us to the thought that if we could find a way to use this rich learning in creating a new school that would dedicate itself to the cause of developing leaders of this kind, life would be worth living!
